Use Show times in at the top to choose Copenhagen or Singapore. All times on the page switch to that zone. Your choice is remembered on this computer.
In the Add booking bar, choose your name, the day, and the start and end time, then press Add. If the end time is earlier than the start, the booking runs past midnight into the next day.
Click a booking. In the window that opens you can change the name, day or times and press Save, or press Delete.
Drag a booking to another time or day, and let go. It snaps to 15-minute steps. Press Esc while dragging to cancel.
Hold Ctrl while you drag and let go — the original stays and a copy is made. Or click the booking and use Copy to a different day (same start time and length).
You can book today and the next 13 days. Week 1 always starts with today (yellow, first column); Next week shows the 7 days after that. The red line shows the time right now, and the page opens scrolled to it.
The bar under the title shows whether someone has plogenius.com open right now, or that it's free and whose booking is next. It turns "free" about 3 minutes after plogenius is closed.
For this to work, each person installs a small helper once:
Each time you open plogenius, a Booking Planner card pops up: is anyone using it, who has it booked now, and whose booking is next. If it's free, you Book 1 hour, Book 2 hours, or Book until the next booking — that starts your session. During your own booking, opening plogenius starts you automatically with no card. You only show as "in use" after that. If someone else is using it or has it booked right now, you can't start — only one person at a time.
On plogenius, a button after VIP in the top menu says Log out scheduler — click it when you're done so the planner shows "free" right away (you stay logged in to plogenius). When you're not in a session it says Start scheduler and opens the booking card.
No-show rule: if your booking starts and you're not on the scheduler within 20 minutes, the first 2 hours of your booking are removed (a 2-hour booking disappears; a 4-hour booking keeps its last 2 hours). For what's left, you then have 10 minutes after each next 2-hour part starts, or that part is removed too.
When your booking runs out, a card shows who's next. If someone is booked straight after you, you're logged out. Otherwise you can Extend by 1 or 2 hours (or until the next booking), or log out.
If you do nothing on plogenius for 40 minutes (no mouse, clicks or typing), it asks "Still using plogenius?". Click I'm still here — if nobody answers within 10 minutes, your session ends and your booking is deleted, so the slot is free for others. (Waiting on a long solve without touching plogenius counts as idle too.)
If nothing happens on plogenius, click the Tampermonkey icon: it may ask you to switch on a setting (in Chrome: "Allow User Scripts" on the extension's Details page).
Everyone who opens this link sees the same bookings, and changes show up for everyone within a few seconds — no need to refresh. The label at the top says Live when this is working.
